Job Overview
This is a senior-level position requiring extensive villa management experience specifically in Bali and Australian markets. The ideal candidate has managed high-end villa operations, coordinated international teams, and has deep understanding of cultural nuances in both regions. You will oversee complex operations, manage multiple stakeholder relationships, and ensure flawless execution across our premium portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Villa Operations Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of luxury villas across Bali and Australia, ensuring consistent high-end service delivery
• Team Coordination & Management: Lead and coordinate villa managers, cleaning teams, maintenance staff, and local vendors in both Bali and Australia markets
• Crisis Management & Problem Solving: Rapidly coordinate multiple teams to resolve urgent issues, manage emergencies, and maintain operational continuity
• Guest Communication & VIP Support: Handle high-value guest communications, manage VIP requests, and resolve complex issues across cultural and time zone differences
• Cross-Cultural Operations: Navigate and manage operations across Indonesian and Australian business cultures, regulations, and guest expectations
• Vendor & Staff Management: Build and maintain relationships with local villa managers, cleaning services, maintenance teams, and emergency contacts in both regions
• Reservation & Multi-Property Management: Oversee complex booking schedules across multiple high-end properties using advanced management systems
• Revenue & Pricing Strategy: Implement sophisticated pricing strategies for luxury market segments using market intelligence tools
• Quality Assurance: Maintain luxury standards across all properties through detailed coordination with on-ground teams
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all properties meet local regulations, safety standards, and luxury hospitality requirements in both countries
Essential Experience Requirements
• Villa Management Experience: Minimum 3+ years managing luxury villas or high-end short-term rentals specifically in Bali and Australia
• Team Leadership: Proven track record coordinating villa managers, cleaning teams, and multiple service providers simultaneously
• Crisis Resolution: Demonstrated ability to quickly mobilize teams and resources to solve urgent problems in villa operations
• Cross-Cultural Communication: Experience working with Indonesian and Australian teams, understanding cultural business practices
• Luxury Hospitality Standards: Deep understanding of high-end guest expectations and premium service delivery
