Senior Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled, highly experienced Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Webinar Agency & Affiliate Partnership Agency.
If you are a results-driven affiliate marketer with proven experience in recruiting partners, managing affiliate relationships, and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships—you will love this role.

This is a long-term, part-time position (20 hours/week) with opportunities for growth into full-time, leadership roles, and performance bonuses.

???? WHAT YOU WILL DO (Your Responsibilities)

As our Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will:

Affiliate Recruitment & Dream 100

Recruit high-quality affiliate partners, creators, influencers, and community owners

Execute Dream 100 outreach using email, social media, and CRM

Build new affiliate partnerships that match our clients’ target audiences

Personalize outreach using tools like ---------- or your preferred scraper

Affiliate Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates

Schedule follow-up conversations to keep affiliates motivated

Assist affiliates with launch promotions and marketing assets

Track and report affiliate performance KPIs

Marketing & Operations

Work closely with our internal team (webinar funnel specialists, sales reps, presenters)

Provide marketing insights to improve affiliate promotions

Help create strategic affiliate campaign plans for our clients

Reporting & Optimization

Track affiliate conversions and payouts

Analyze partner ROI and improve campaign effectiveness

Manage data using HubSpot or similar CRM tools

???? REQUIREMENTS (Skills & Experience)

We are ONLY looking for top-performing candidates who meet ALL the criteria below:

? Minimum 3–5 years experience in affiliate program management

(Not beginner level)

? Strong experience with:

Recruiting high-quality affiliates

Cold outreach (email + social media)

Affiliate relationship management

Marketing funnels and basic conversions

KPI tracking & reporting

Performance marketing strategy

Influencer partnerships or joint venture outreach

? Excellent English writing & communication skills

(C2 or equivalent)

? Familiar with tools such as:

???? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
???? PART-TIME BASE SALARY (20 hours/week):

PHP 40,000 – PHP 55,000 per month
(Depending on experience and performance)

???? PERFORMANCE BONUSES

PHP 500 – PHP 1,000 per new recruited affiliate (approved & onboarded)

2–5% bonus of affiliate-driven revenue

Monthly KPI bonuses (PHP 5,000 – PHP 10,000)
