We are currently looking for a Senior Ads Creative Strategist who can help us consistently develop elite-level ad creatives that drive measurable results for our clients.

This is a strategic role, not a simple design position.

You will work directly with our media buying team to ensure every campaign is supported by high-quality, performance-driven creative.

Position Overview

The Senior Ads Creative Strategist is responsible for developing and producing high-performing ad creatives for Meta advertising campaigns.

You will take ownership of the creative development process, including:

• Ad angles and messaging
• Script writing
• Direct response copywriting
• Static ad design
• B-roll video ad production
• Creative testing strategy

Your work will directly impact campaign performance across multiple client accounts.

This role requires someone who deeply understands direct response marketing and can translate marketing strategy into ad creatives that convert.

English Fluency Requirement (Critical)

This role requires exceptional English communication skills.

You must demonstrate:

• Near-native written English
• Clear spoken English for team communication
• The ability to write persuasive ad copy for U.S. audiences
• Strong understanding of tone, nuance, and persuasive language

Because our clients are primarily U.S.-based businesses, strong English proficiency is mandatory.

Core Responsibilities

Creative Strategy

Develop high-converting creative angles based on marketing strategy and offer positioning.

Translate marketing concepts into compelling ad creatives.

Collaborate with our media buyer to align creative production with campaign objectives.

Ad Copywriting

Write high-performing direct response ad copy including:

• Hooks
• Primary text
• Headlines
• Video ad scripts

All copy should follow proven marketing frameworks and focus on outcomes and customer transformation.

Creative Production

Produce high-quality ad creatives including:

• Static ads
• B-roll video ads
• Captioned short-form ads
• Creative variations for testing

Creatives must be optimized for Meta advertising performance.

Creative Testing

Develop multiple creative variations to support continuous testing.

Identify winning angles and iterate quickly.

Help build scalable creative testing frameworks for campaigns.

Performance Awareness

Understand how creatives influence campaign performance.

Work with the media buyer to refine messaging based on ad results.

Required Skills

Strong direct response copywriting ability

Excellent written and spoken English

Ability to write natural, persuasive marketing copy for U.S. audiences

Strong visual instincts for ad creatives

Ability to produce multiple creative concepts quickly

Strong attention to detail

Reliable communication and professionalism

Ability to think strategically, not just execute tasks

Marketing Knowledge Requirements

You should have a strong understanding of direct response marketing principles.

Familiarity with the marketing frameworks of Alex Hormozi is highly preferred, including concepts such as:

• Value-driven offers
• Outcome-focused messaging
• Simple, powerful hooks
• Clear problem/solution communication
• Offer positioning

You should be comfortable analyzing a service-based business and developing creative angles that communicate value clearly and persuasively.

Tools We Use

Experience with these tools is preferred:

Canva
ZuOps or similar AI creative tools
Meta Ads Manager
Google Drive
Slack
ClickUp or other project management platforms
