Senior Admin & Customer Support Specialist

Are you an experienced admin and customer support professional who loves solving problems, improving processes, and making things run smoothly?
We’re a US-based company looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Admin & Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team.
This is NOT an entry-level role; we’re looking for someone who can take ownership, communicate confidently, and work closely with leadership to deliver outstanding customer and operational support.
What You’ll Do
• Support our Success Admin with daily operations and company-wide coordination
• Handle customer communications
• Coordinate tasks across Sales, Dispatch, Operations, and Crew teams
• Manage scheduling, projects, and events with minimal supervision
• Maintain accurate data and documentation in internal systems
• Assist with accounts receivable, collections, and vendor billing
• Spot inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and help implement better processes
• Support or train junior tea
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Communications, or similar
• 4+ years of experience in admin, operations, or customer service leadership
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
• Strong time-management and decision-making skills
• Reliable high-speed internet + computer
• Experience using CRM / organizational tools (ServiceMonster,
• Ability to work full-time, PST hours
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking the lead when needed
