JOB OVERVIEW

We are an apartment management firm based in Arizona, USA that has been in business for over 30 years and currently has over 100 employees.

We currently have four US-based accountants, and three PH-based accountants, and are looking to grow our team! We are looking for full-time employees who want 40-hour work weeks, and are going to add 2-3 people to our team.

We are looking for full charge bookkeepers / CPA's who have experience in monthly financial statement preparation, bank account reconciliation, and AP processing. We value attention to detail and the ability to work independently without constant oversight. Your job will be to carry the books from reviewing AP / AR, to posting income, adjusting journal entries, capital expense management, and financial statement preparation.

We are only looking for candidates who have done this scope of work before, so please only reach out if you have the requisite experience.

Experience with common accounting software (such as Quickbooks or Sage) and Microsoft Excel is a must. We use a niche accounting software called Entrata. Experience with Entrata is great but not required.

New members will work directly with our seasoned accounting staff to become an integral member of the team, where we hope you will learn new skills and feel valued for your contributions. You will be supported with direct video, phone, text, and email contact with our team. Training on our systems and procedures will be provided during the first two weeks of employment.

So we can have a better line of communication, the ideal candidate will be willing to work during the same time zone as our operations (US Arizona time).
