JOB OVERVIEW

We are an apartment management firm based in Arizona, USA that has been in business for over 30 years and currently has over 100 employees.

We need assistance in our accounting department, and are looking to hire our first tea ---------- mbers from outside the USA! We are looking for full-time employees who want 40-hour work weeks, and are going to add 2-3 people to our team.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in monthly financial statement preparation, bank account reconciliation, and AP processing. We value attention to detail and the ability to work independently without constant oversight.

Experience with common accounting software (such as Quickbooks or Sage) and Microsoft Excel is a must. We use a niche accounting software called Appfolio. Experience with Appfolio is great but not required.

New members will work directly with our seasoned accounting staff to become an integral member of the team, where we hope you will learn new skills and feel valued for your contributions. You will be supported with direct video, phone, text, and email contact with our team. Training on our systems and procedures will be provided during the first two weeks of employment.

The ideal candidate will be willing to work during the same time zone as our operations (US Pacific time), so we can have a better line of communication. This is not a requirement, but we will need to have at least a few hours per day of overlap in our schedules to allow for phone/video calls.
