JOB OVERVIEW

U.S. retail/e-commerce company seeks an experienced accountant for a long-term remote position.
APPLICANT MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE ODOO EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED!

Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–1pm U.S. Central

Must have:
• Strong U.S. GAAP experience
• Extensive hands-on Odoo Accounting experience, preferably Odoo 19
• U.S. payroll/payroll-tax experience
• Excellent reconciliation and GL skills
• Excellent spoken/written English
• Retail/e-commerce experience preferred

Work includes payroll, 941/940/W-2/SUI, sales tax, 1099s, AR, bank reconciliations, expense classification, management reporting, and reconciling Odoo POS, Shopify, marketplaces and EDI transactions.
