Compensation: USD $1,600–$2,000 per month, based on demonstrated experience and capability
About the Company
Mr. Glazier Group is a growing US-based architectural glazing company operating in New York and Florida. We manage multiple business units, active installation projects, suppliers, field teams and customer accounts.
We are hiring a highly accountable Senior Accountant who can take ownership of our accounting processes—not simply wait for instructions or enter transactions.
What We Mean by Ownership
You will be expected to:
Own assigned financial processes from beginning to completion
Identify missing information and follow up without being reminded
Create deadlines, controls, checklists and reporting systems
Investigate discrepancies instead of passing them to someone else
Escalate risks early with facts and recommended solutions
Maintain accurate records without requiring constant supervision
Improve weak or inefficient processes
Deliver reports on time and explain what the numbers mean
This is not a passive bookkeeping position. We need someone who sees a problem, investigates it, communicates it and drives it to resolution.
