JOB OVERVIEW

*Must be able to work 8:00am-5pm EST USA
Sales tax compliance filings and oversight and other state filings
Accounts payable processing
Income statement trend analysis and preparation of notes for review of GoCheck
Kids financial reports with the CFO;
Monthly preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations
Forecast modeling
Financial Statement Preparation including:
Reviewing work prepared by interns and outsourced bookkeepers;
Balance sheet reconciliations
Preparing assigned cash flow statements and reviewing for accuracy.
Analyze end of month financial packages and create appropriate General
Ledger entries including: Analyzing, understanding, and reporting to
management any large variations identified in the financial package.
Asset Management which may include:
Reconciling fixed asset costs and accumulated depreciation accounts to
depreciation schedules;
Reviewing physical inventory counts and creating appropriate General
Ledger entries;
Researching and understanding any large variances in inventory levels.
