JOB OVERVIEW

Moe’s Group is HIRING a Senior Accountant

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage core accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong experience with QuickBooks, understands financial reporting processes, and can support month-end and year-end closing activities while maintaining compliance and financial accuracy.

What you’ll do:

-Manage day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks
-Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
-Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation
-Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
-Prepare and manage 1099 filings and maintain vendor records
-Ensure compliance with financial documentation and reporting requirements
-Support internal financial tracking and financial reporting processes
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and processes

What we’re looking for:

-5 years of accounting experience
-Strong experience using QuickBooks is required
-Experience in manufacturing or inventory-based businesses is preferred
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines
-Hands-on experience with US GAAP is required
-CPA highly required
