JOB OVERVIEW

About the role

We run a portfolio of jewelry and accessory e-commerce brands selling to Western markets. We produce a high volume of video ad content — mostly AI-generated — and we're looking for a senior editor who has mastered AI video tools and can consistently deliver ultra-realistic, platform-ready creatives.

This is not a traditional editing role. 90% of the work is AI-generated content. We need someone who knows how to make AI video look and feel human — not polished, not robotic, real.

What we're looking for

Non-negotiable:

Demonstrated expertise in AI video generation — Higgsfield, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, or equivalent
Portfolio showing AI-generated UGC or lifestyle content that looks ultra-realistic — not typical AI polished output
Ability to direct AI tools to produce normal-looking people in real environments — no models, no sterile sets
Strong eye for pacing, realism, and platform-specific formats (Reels, TikTok, Meta ads)
Experience with captions, sound cleanup, versioning, and final exports across platforms
Organized, reliable, and able to work at volume with fast turnaround

Strong advantages:

Experience with lifestyle or fashion/jewelry ecom content
Understanding of what makes a video ad actually convert — hook rate, hold rate, scroll-stopping first frame
Ability to work from a creative brief and execute without hand-holding

This is NOT the right role if…

Your AI video work looks obviously artificial — over-lit, too clean, model-perfect faces
You haven't worked with AI video tools at a professional level
You don't have a portfolio to show
You need detailed direction on every edit and can't work autonomously

Responsibilities

Produce AI-generated video creatives from briefs — UGC-style, b-roll, lifestyle, product demo formats
Edit and polish AI output to maximize realism — pacing, transitions, captions, sound
Handle cutdowns, versioning, and exports for different platforms and ad formats
Collaborate with the creative strategist and founder to revise edits based on feedback
Deliver consistently at volume, on deadline
