This is not an entry-level position.

Hi, I’m Kay. I’m looking for a full-time Senior AI Video Editor / Creative Producer to join my e-commerce business.

You will create short-form product ads using AI-generated visuals and edit them into finished videos for testing.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in video editing, AI video generation, and e-commerce or direct-response advertising. You should be creative, reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership of your work.

We are a small team, but we have been steadily expanding. You will help us improve our creative standards and production workflows and grow with the business long-term.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop prompts and creative concepts based on proven advertising ideas.
- Generate original AI clips and images while maintaining visual consistency.
- Edit short-form direct-response ads with captions, music, sound effects, and simple visual effects.
- Create different hooks, scenes, and creative variations for testing.
- Improve your work based on feedback and advertising results.
- Manage projects, deadlines, and AI-generation costs efficiently.
- Help improve creative workflows and provide feedback on other creatives when needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong experience in video editing and AI video generation.
- Experience with e-commerce, direct-response, or Meta video ads.
- Familiar with all types of AI video ad formats.
- Familiar with writing ad concepts, scripts and briefs.
- A strong portfolio of AI videos, short-form ads, or social media content.
- Good understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and CTAs.
- Good visual taste, creative judgment, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, solve problems, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, organized, proactive, and interested in long-term growth.
