JJT Consulting Group is a growing business funding and education company. We’re looking for a **senior AI consultant who can build working systems**, improve our dashboards, and help us operate with more clarity and accountability.

This is for someone who has already built and deployed solutions for real businesses. We do not need an AI enthusiast, a prompt writer, or someone learning these tools on our time.

## What we need help with

Our projects may include:

- Improving dashboards so leadership can see sales, client progress, funding production, team activity, and bottlenecks in one place.
- Connecting data across GoHighLevel, spreadsheets, forms, and other tools we use.
- Building automations that reduce manual handoffs and missed follow-ups.
- Creating AI agents to support internal workflows, research, reporting, quality checks, and team execution.
- Documenting processes, ownership, and alerts so work does not depend on the founder checking everything.
- Auditing an existing workflow, identifying what is broken, and implementing the fix.

We expect you to recommend the right solution for each task, build it, test it with real scenarios, document it, and hand it off so our team can use it.

## Required expertise

You must have **professional, hands-on experience** with AI tools and agent workflows, including **Codex, Claude, and Hermes**. You should also be capable of working with APIs, automations, dashboards, and the systems needed to connect them.

Experience with GoHighLevel, n8n, reporting tools, and business operations is highly valuable. You must understand how to handle client data responsibly and design systems with appropriate access controls.

## The level we’re looking for

You should be able to take a business problem, ask the right questions, map the workflow, and deliver a working result. You can explain tradeoffs clearly, catch edge cases, and tell us when an AI agent is the wrong solution.

We’re looking for someone who has done this before and can show it. **If your experience is limited to experimenting with AI tools or creating basic chatbots, this role is not a fit. Please do not waste your time or ours.**

## How this engagement works

We will assign a defined project with a scope, deliverables, timeline, and agreed price. Strong execution can lead to additional projects. This is **not a guaranteed full-time position or a standing monthly retainer**.

Each completed project must include:

- A working, tested deliverable.
- Clear documentation of how it works and how the team uses it.
- A walkthrough or handoff.
- Any limitations, dependencies, and maintenance requirements.

## How to apply

2. **Two or three systems you personally built and deployed.** For each, explain the business problem, your exact role, the tools used, what you delivered, and the measurable outcome. Screenshots or walkthrough videos are welcome; remove confidential client information.
3. Your hands-on experience with **Codex, Claude, and Hermes**. Be specific about what you built with each tool.
4. Your experience with GoHighLevel, n8n, APIs, and dashboard or reporting tools.
5. Your availability, time zone, and how you typically price a clearly scoped project.

**Screening question:** A funding company has data spread across GoHighLevel and spreadsheets. The founder wants a dashboard showing leads, signed clients, clients waiting on documents, applications, approvals, funded amounts, and stalled files. How would you validate the data, design the dashboard, automate updates, and alert the right person when a file stalls?

We will review your actual work and your answer before scheduling an interview. Shortlisted applicants may be offered a **paid, limited-scope first project** to demonstrate how they work.
