JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We are expanding our AI delivery team and are actively interviewing experienced candidates immediately.
We are a healthcare-focused AI solutions organization working directly with medical practices, MSOs, and healthcare groups across the United States. Our work centers on deploying real-world AI solutions across revenue cycle management, prior authorization, and operational workflows.
This is not a learning role.
This is not a prompt engineering role.

We are hiring professionals who can step into active projects and contribute to production-level AI deployments.

What You Will Work On:
You will be directly involved in designing, building, and optimizing AI systems that operate in real healthcare environments, including:

-Prior Authorization automation and decision support
-Revenue Cycle Management workflow optimization
-LLM-driven clinical and administrative workflows
-Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for payer policy and clinical data
-Intelligent document processing for clinical notes and payer requirements
-API-based integrations with EHRs, billing systems, and third-party platforms
-Continuous performance optimization of deployed AI systems

Key Responsibilities:

-Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions in production environments
-Build scalable LLM-based systems and retrieval pipelines
-Integrate AI workflows into existing healthcare systems and operations
-Translate operational needs into technical solutions
-Ensure performance, reliability, and accuracy of deployed systems
-Contribute to system architecture and scalability decisions
-Maintain strong engineering discipline, documentation, and version control
-Technical Requirements
-AI / LLM Systems
-Proven experience deploying LLM-based systems in production
-Strong experience with retrieval-augmented architectures
-NLP and document processing experience
-Engineering
-Advanced proficiency in Python
-Experience building APIs (FastAPI or similar frameworks)
-Strong backend and data pipeline experience
-Infrastructure
-Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
-Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or similar)
-Containerization (Docker required, Kubernetes preferred)
-Architecture & Systems
-Ability to design scalable, modular AI systems
-Experience with workflow orchestration or custom orchestration logic
-Understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures
-Integration
-Experience integrating with external APIs and enterprise systems
-Healthcare interoperability knowledge (FHIR, HL7) strongly preferred
-Security & Compliance (Preferred)
-Experience working with sensitive data environments
-Familiarity with HIPAA or similar compliance standards
