JOB OVERVIEW

We are a startup. We run multiple Instagram pages, each with its own voice and video formats. We post every day, and the pace is high.
We need someone who can work 7 days a week. This is not a 9-to-5 role. If you want weekends off and a slow calendar, this is not the job.
We are hiring a senior. Someone who has already built real AI systems in production — not someone who only uses ChatGPT.
Mainstream tools often refuse to write in our tone. We need a system that actually says what we need, without watering it down.
What you’ll do

Learn our formats and how each page sounds
Build a system that generates several copies at once, per page and per format
Include a short video brief with each copy (hook, script, on-screen text, CTA)
Push the results into Airtable or Google Sheets
Make it easy for the team to use every day
Stay available as content moves — we publish daily, including weekends

Who we’re looking for

Senior: you have shipped real systems with LLMs (including less-filtered or open-source models if needed)
You can connect AI output to Airtable or Google Sheets
Strong eye for short-form social copy
You work independently and keep up with startup speed
You are fine working 7 days a week

A portfolio of work you actually shipped — links, demos, screenshots, repo, or live workflow.
Not “I tried ChatGPT.” Show the projects you built and what they produce.

₱50,000 – ₱80,000 / month gross, based on portfolio and experience.

Local Philippines rate. 13th month pay + HMO depending on setup.
Applications without a portfolio of shipped projects will not be considered.
