Compensation
Base: $4 USD/hour (full-time)
Performance bonuses:
$8 per qualified booked call during Summits
$20 per Summit sign-up you directly influence (offer made in GHL)
$50 per Client Attraction Code sign-up
Weekly stackers:
$50 for 10 Summit/Code sign-ups in 1 week
$100 for 15 in 1 week
$200 for 20 in 1 week
Paid monthly via invoice
Highest earning periods are the 3 Challenge + Summit sprints per year to warm leads
Schedule
Member-only phases: ~6 hours/day, 5 days/week (no weekend events)
Challenge + Summit phases: 5 days/week, often 8–10 hour days, rotating days off
Summit days: typically Fri–Sun, ~8 AM – 7 PM Pacific
You must be available for 3 sprint cycles per year and happy with lighter days between them.
Mission
Your #1 job is to turn warm leads and existing members into:
Client Attraction Summit registrations during our “Book 5 Consults in 5 Days” Challenges
Booked calls during each 3-Day Client Attraction Summit
Engaged, successful members between launches (usage, re-engagement, A/R cleanup, concierge calls)
All conversations happen inside our GoHighLevel (GHL) account (chat,
Our Year (Quadramesters)
We run 3 quadramesters per year (each quad = 17 weeks). Each quad follows this pattern:
Phase A – Member Engagement (weeks 0–6)
Lighter hours (about 6 hours/day, 5 days/week)
100% focused on existing members only:
Encouraging attendance to onboarding, member calls, member challenges, engagement with program, coaching calls, and member events
Re-engaging members who went quiet
Booking concierge calls for members struggling in the program or A/R cases
Phase B – Challenge + Summit Sprint (weeks 6–16)
~10 weeks of Book 5 Consults in 5 Days Challenges that culminate in the Client Attraction Summit (6-day window including pre & post Summit)
Heavier days (often 8–10 hours, rotating days off) with higher commission opportunity
Phase C – Post-Summit Member Re-Engagement (week 17)
Hours taper back down
Return to member outreach and reactivation only until the next quad starts
Core Responsibilities (by Phase)
Phase A & C – Member Engagement (no Summits)
Use GHL integrated inbox for conversations to:
Check in on members, encourage call attendance, challenges, and events
Re-engage quiet members with supportive, action-oriented messages
Book concierge calls for:
Members in A/R
Members stuck in the program
Tag and move members through our engagement pipelines in GHL
Track and report: outreach volume, replies, reactivated members
Phase B1 – Challenge Season (Book 5 Consults in 5 Days)
All chats in integrated GHL inbox (even if source is FB/IG/email/SMS)
Support challenge participants:
Welcome, answer questions, celebrate Quest completions
Acknowledge stuck points and guide them through the experience
Primary goal: Fill the Client Attraction Summit
Invite and register qualified challenge participants into Summit
Follow up with non-action takers to increase Summit sign-ups
Rare exception: if someone cannot attend Summit and asks about Platinum, route to consult per script
Phase B2 – Summit Window (3-Day Summit + pre/post days)
Support Summit coaches (enrollers) in their GHL texts/emails/chats
Run your own chats with attendees to:
Answer FAQs / basic objections
Warm them and naturally transition to booking enrollment calls
Primary goal:
Book qualified calls for the enrollment team
Keep GHL pipelines clean so every lead is owned and followed up with
KPIs
We track and coach you on:
Member phases:
Outreach volume in GHL
Response rate
Reactivated members / A/R resolved
Challenge phases:
Summit registrations from challenge participants
Challenge engagement chats started and continued
Summit phases:
Enrollment calls booked from Summit attendees
Requirements
1–3+ years experience in DM / chat-based sales, conversational selling, or DM engagement
C2 English proficiency (essential) for emotional nuance and personalized communication
Experience managing conversations inside a CRM or chat hub (GHL, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
Comfortable managing high-volume chat conversations
Ability to personalize messages quickly rather than relying only on scripts
Confident daily user of ChatGPT and AI-assisted communication tools
Warm, human-centered communication style
Fast typing and quick comprehension
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Calm under pressure and emotionally intelligent
Able to follow structured systems and prioritize effectively
Strong team player with initiative
Reliable internet + backup required.
Must be able to work long PST hours and weekends during Summit events.
