Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Virtual Assistant to join our growing team supporting Nancy’s brand and event-based business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, loves connecting with people, and can convert leads into paying clients across multiple offer levels, including free offers, low-ticket products, and high-ticket programs/events.

As a Sales VA, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, nurturing leads, and closing deals through outbound outreach, inbound follow-up, and relationship-building.

???? Key Responsibilities
???? Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound calls, SMS, and email outreach to prospects
Follow up with warm and cold leads generated through the online portal, LinkedIn, and campaigns
Book appointments and move prospects through the sales pipeline
Use scripts and sales frameworks (8-Step Sales Cycle provided)
???? Inbound Sales & Closing
Respond to inbound inquiries (DMs, texts, calls, emails)
Qualify leads and recommend the right offer (free, low-ticket, or high-ticket)
Close sales for:
Events & tickets
Coaching programs
Memberships
Digital products
???? Online Office & Lead Management
Update and manage leads in(My Online Office)
Track conversations, notes, and follow-ups
Ensure every lead is properly nurtured and moved to the next step
???? Client Experience & Support
Provide exceptional customer experience
Guide clients through the purchase process
Send links, resources, and confirmations
Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and clients
???? Performance Expectations
Meet or exceed daily outreach targets (calls, texts, emails)
Maintain high conversion rates
Book qualified appointments consistently
Generate revenue through direct closing and follow-ups
???? Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or closing deals
Strong English communication (verbal & written)
Confident in handling objections and closing conversations
Experience using CRM systems (or quick to learn)
Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and engaging
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
? Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Experience with high-ticket sales ($1K+)
Familiarity with events, coaching, or the personal development industry
Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and lead generation

Base pay (depending on experience)
PLUS commission on closed deals
