JOB OVERVIEW

Role: Marketing, Strategy & Social Media for Tantric/Healing Practice Hours: 10–15 hours per week Rate: $7.50 per hour Location: Remote

About the role

I'm a tantric and shamanic practitioner and activist who bridges personal and collective healing with action for social and environmental justice. I need someone skilled and self-directed to help me grow my tantric practice into a financially sustainable business.

This is an employed role, but I'm looking for someone who wants to think and develop with me — not just execute tasks. I want to work with someone who brings their own ideas, takes initiative, and cares about doing meaningful work.

What you'd be doing:

* Marketing & social media strategy — content planning, audience building, and positioning in the wellness/activist/tantra/healing/social movement space
* Social media execution — repurposing my teachings, writings, audio, and video into posts; editing and scheduling content; managing social media advertising
* Market research — understanding the landscape and identifying opportunities
* Website management — content updates and basic site maintenance ( ---------- )
* Ticket sales support — helping to fill workshops and retreats through effective campaigns?
What I'm offering

What I'm looking for:

* Experience in digital marketing, social media strategy and content creation — ideally in some of the following spaces: wellness, healing, spiritual, coaching, social and environmental justice in London and Amsterdam
* Ability to work independently, bring ideas, and manage your own time
* Familiarity with social media advertising and scheduling tools
* Basic skills in content creation and editing (image, audio, written, video)

We would work together to create meaningfully content, build a following and sell tickets for upcoming events.

I would like to work with someone who cares about the intersection of spirituality, healing, and social justice — and, like me, believes that both communities can benefit by being influenced by each other

About my work

My somatic approaches support people to recognise the individual, social, and historical roots of their trauma and release blocks from the body that hold both themselves and society back. My tantric works creates spaces where people can learn to use life-energy to enter healing states of consciousness where a felt understanding of the interconnected nature of reality is possible and waken there innate abilities to connect to their intuition. These practices help participants break through personal limitations, co-create with others from an assumption of interconnectedness and relationality and encourages engagement with broader social transformation.

My political work supports teams and organisations to centre decoloniality and somatic understanding in their design and decision-making. By embracing understandings of indigenous peoples, complex systems, and somatic, tantric and shamanic practices, I facilitate organisational innovations and cultural transformations for those interested in working towards systemic change.?
