Our fast-growing e-commerce brand is scaling toward 8-figures and beyond, and we're ready to level up our creative production with the power of Seedance 2.0. We're looking for a Seedance 2.0 Specialist to help us manage, refine, and execute AI-generated video ads that support our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt Creation & Optimization: Write, test, and refine prompts to generate high-quality video ads using Seedance 2.0.
- Workflow Coordination: Manage the full AI production pipeline—concept to final output—ensuring deadlines are met.
- Creative Alignment: Collaborate with our marketing and UGC teams to blend AI-generated content with human-made assets.
- Quality Review: Ensure all outputs are polished, on-brand, and ready for launch.
- Innovation & Mastery: Stay up to date with Seedance 2.0 features, updates, and best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Documentation: Maintain a clear system for tracking prompts, revisions, and final deliverables.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Seedance 2.0 and AI video generation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects at once.
- Good communication skills for working with both AI and human creators.
- Comfortable using project management tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or similar.
- Consistent availability for 6–8 hours daily, 6 days per week.
- Bonus: Background in marketing, video production, or AI prompt engineering.
