Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to manage compliance programs for our clients, ensuring adherence to SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and other security frameworks. This role requires hands-on expertise in policy development, SOC 2 Type 1 & Type 2, ISO 27001 implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
1. Assist in monitoring and maintaining the organization’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
2. Support the development and implementation of compliance programs, procedures, and controls.
3. Help conduct risk assessments and identify potential compliance gaps.
4. Prepare documentation, reports, and summaries for review by senior compliance staff.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
6. Assist in responding to internal and external audits or regulatory inquiries.
7. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
8. Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance compliance knowledge and skills.
9. Maintain organized records and support ongoing compliance monitoring activities.

Education and/or work experience requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Qualifications:
? Proven experience managing compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
? Excellent English communication and writing skills with the ability to work independently.
? Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, and other compliance frameworks.
? Experience working in tech startups or fast-paced environments.
