We need a scriptwriter who actually knows why things work.
Not someone who can "write copy." Someone who watches an ad, reverse-engineers the hook structure, understands why the pattern interrupt hits at :02 and not :03, and knows the difference between a scroll-stopper and noise.
What you'll do:
Write scripts for Meta ads, UGC-style content, and promotional video. Mostly real estate. Always direct response. Your job is to make realtors look good and make buyers stop scrolling.
What we're looking for:
You've written ads that have actually run and actually converted. Show us.
You understand hooks, rhythm, pacing, and the psychology underneath—not just "benefit-driven copy" buzzwords.
You can watch 50 ads, identify the 3 that work, and articulate why in a way that makes us smarter.
You write like a human. If your portfolio sounds like it was prompted into existence, we'll know.
You're fast. We move fast. Next-day delivery is our standard.
Bonus points:
You've worked in real estate, luxury, or lifestyle verticals
You understand video editing enough to write to the cut
You have strong opinions about what makes creative work (and can defend them)
