Who We Are

We’re a technology company creating a new type of scheduling assistant. Our intuitive interface allows our team of scheduling coordinators to serve the scheduling needs of many customers. To excel in this role you need strong attention to detail, professional communication/writing skills, and a strong/quick computer skills.

What You’ll Do

Calendar & Scheduling Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for multiple clients using our custom platform.
Communication: Professionally communicate via email and messaging with clients and their contacts to confirm scheduling details.
Data Accuracy: Maintain high-quality data entry to ensure our system continues to improve and deliver great results.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our small, remote team to share ideas, best practices, and feedback that continually improves our scheduling processes.
