We are a fast-growing New York home care company looking for a top-tier Scheduling Lead to take full ownership of our scheduling operations.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone experienced, sharp, and reliable who can lead from the front.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and oversee daily caregiver scheduling
Handle call-outs, coverage gaps, and urgent staffing issues in real time
Lead and support a team of coordinators
Ensure all shifts are fully staffed and compliant
Work closely with HR and intake teams to match caregivers to cases
Maintain accuracy in scheduling systems (HHAeXchange experience preferred)
Improve processes and keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years experience in home care scheduling (US-based agency strongly preferred)
Fluent, professional English – must be near perfect (spoken and written)
Strong leadership mindset — you can take control and make decisions
Calm under pressure and highly organized
Experience handling high-volume scheduling and last-minute changes
Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling systems
