AppAid is a dedicated Social Security advocacy group committed to assisting individuals with disabilities who are unable to work full-time. Our mission is to guide and support clients through the Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) application and claims process, ensuring they receive the benefits they deserve.

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated individual to grow with us in a technically focused role supporting our Salesforce environment. This position plays a key role in optimizing our systems and improving how we manage data, workflows, and integrations across the organization.

Qualifications:
1+ years of experience working with Apex development (beneficial but not required)
1+ years experience in setting up Salesforce flows/automations
Experience in setting up Salesforce External Services (we use this for third-party API requests)
Expertise in custom objects/custom fields
Expertise in working with the SF UI in general
Expertise configuring user permissions and privileges
Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud (beneficial but not required)

Key Responsibilities:
Primary contact point for assisting in SF troubleshooting
Responsible for setting up new custom objects and fields, and adding custom fields to existing objects
Big focus on automating existing processes both in the background (record-triggered) and interactive (screenflows)
Integration of new features such as marketing cloud
Figuring out solutions to custom problems that don’t have a standardized approach out of the box

Compensation & Growth:
$8-12/hr

Schedule:
8-hour shift: 9AM - 5PM PST
1-hour unpaid lunch (required for all contractors)
