JOB OVERVIEW

I am a Salesforce professional looking to hire a dedicated Salesforce Administrator based in the Philippines to work with me in real-time throughout the day.

This is a long-term role where you will work alongside me during US Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).

This is not a task-based or asynchronous role. You will be actively working with me throughout the day, receiving tasks, completing them, and collaborating in real time.

Compensation:
• $1000/month (monthly retainer)
• Long-term opportunity for the right person

Responsibilities:
• User activation and deactivation
• Creating and updating fields and objects
• Building and maintaining Flows
• Page layout and Lightning configuration
• Creating reports and dashboards
• Running SOQL queries (basic knowledge is sufficient)
• Troubleshooting issues in Salesforce (why something isn’t working)
• General Salesforce admin support tasks as assigned throughout the day

Work Style:
• Must be available and responsive from 9 AM – 5 PM EST
• Tasks will be assigned continuously during the day
• You will be working side-by-side with me (not independently offline)
• Must be comfortable receiving direction and executing quickly
• Must be proactive in asking questions when unclear

Technical Requirements:
• Strong Salesforce Administrator experience
• Familiar with Flows, layouts, fields, and basic troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of Apex is a plus (not required)
• Comfortable using remote desktop tools (TeamViewer)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection is REQUIRED

Ideal Candidate:
• Highly reliable and consistent
• Strong communicator (clear English)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working in a structured, real-time environment
• Interested in a long-term working relationship

Nice to Have:
• Apex knowledge
• Experience troubleshooting automation issues
• Experience working with US-based clients
