About the Role
-We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to help support, maintain, and improve our Salesforce environment.
-This is a hands-on offshore role for someone who is comfortable working independently, following requirements carefully, and delivering clean, reliable Salesforce configuration work.
-The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce Admin experience, understands business processes, and can work with U.S.-based teams across operations, intake, recruiting, billing, and leadership.
Core Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, queues, reports, dashboards, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, and validation rules.
-Create and update reports and dashboards for business teams and leadership.
-Support data cleanup, imports, exports, deduplication, and quality control.
-Troubleshoot Salesforce issues reported by users and identify root causes.
-Document configuration changes, processes, and support steps clearly.
-Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
-Test changes thoroughly before release.
-Support integrations and connected tools where applicable.
-Help improve existing Salesforce processes for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Required Qualifications:
-1+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
-Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, permissions, sharing, reports, dashboards, and automation.
-Experience troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.
-Comfortable working with data imports, exports, updates, and cleanup.
-Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into Salesforce configuration.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
-Good written English communication skills.
-Ability to work independently in an offshore/remote environment.
-Reliable availability for overlap with U.S. business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Salesforce Administrator Certification.
-Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Health Cloud.
-Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, or developer handoff requirements.
-Experience supporting healthcare, ABA, recruiting, intake, billing, or operations teams.
-Experience working in a fast-moving startup or growth-stage company.
