JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to own and manage our Salesforce environment full-time. You'll be our go-to person for all Salesforce needs - from user management and configuration to automation and integration with our other business systems.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have real impact on our operations and work directly with our leadership team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Salesforce Administration:

Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and licenses
Configure and customize Salesforce (objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows)
Create and maintain automation (flows, process builder, workflow rules)
Build reports and dashboards for sales, operations, and management
Manage data quality, imports, and exports
Provide user support and training
Document processes and maintain system documentation

Marketing Cloud & Engagement:

Manage Marketing Cloud and Engagement Suite implementations
Build and manage email campaigns and customer journeys
Set up and maintain audience segmentation
Track and report on marketing campaign performance
Integrate Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud

Integration & Optimization:

Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with third-party tools
Identify opportunities to improve processes and automation
Work with leadership to implement new features and functionality
Keep up with Salesforce releases and recommend new features

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Apply only if you have the required qualifications.

Minimum 2-3 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
Proven experience managing Salesforce environments end-to-end
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Engagement Suite (formerly Pardot)
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
Experience with reports, dashboards, and data management
Experience with automation tools (Flow, Process Builder)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Available to work during North American business hours (at least partial overlap)

NICE TO HAVE (BONUS SKILLS)

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud)
Experience with Shopify and e-commerce integrations
Experience with beehiiv (newsletter/community platform)
Knowledge of other platforms: ClickUp, Canva, Microsoft Suite, ERP systems (Let us know about your the tools you like to use)
Experience in manufacturing or B2B industries
Basic understanding of APIs and integration concepts
Experience with CPQs or custom app development
