JOB OVERVIEW

Drop Ship Lifestyle is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales & Support Representative to join our team.

This role begins with webinar chat support, where you will answer questions from customers during our live online trainings. Once you are comfortable and performing well, you will expand into phone and email sales and support, helping customers enroll in our programs and answering questions.

We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and guiding customers toward the right solution.

What You Will Do:

Assist potential customers in live webinar chat

Answer questions and guide prospects toward the right program

Respond to customer emails

Speak with interested prospects on the phone

Help customers feel confident about their purchase decisions

Training:

We provide a one week paid training program where you will learn our products, our webinar process, and our sales system. You will start with webinar chat and expand into phone and email as you gain experience.

Compensation & Schedule:

$5 USD per hour

30-40 hours per week

Paid time off accrual

Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English

Friendly and professional communication

Reliable and detail oriented

Comfortable chatting with customers online

Sales or support experience is helpful but not required
