# Sales & Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

Hi! My name is William, and I own a growing mobile detailing company in Pennsylvania, USA. I'm looking for a reliable, long-term tea ---------- mber to become my go-to sales and customer support specialist.

### What You'll Do

* Answer inbound phone calls and text messages
* Book appointments and follow up with leads
* Reach out to potential customers through cold calls, text, email, and social media
* Keep our CRM organized and up to date
* Help improve our sales process and customer experience
* Occasionally assist with other business-related tasks

### What I'm Looking For

* Excellent spoken and written English
* Confident on the phone and comfortable selling
* Friendly, personable, and professional
* Self-motivated and dependable
* Organized with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable learning new software and CRMs

### Bonus Points

* Previous sales or appointment-setting experience
* Experience with service businesses
* Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar CRM platforms

This is a long-term position with room to grow as the business grows. I'm looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and takes ownership of their work.
