About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales/Appointment Setting VA to be the first point of contact for prospective students who respond to our Facebook advertising campaigns. You'll play a critical role in our growth by engaging warm inbound leads, building immediate rapport, qualifying their goals, and booking them for a discovery call with our senior enrollment team. This is a high-impact, people-first role for someone who loves meaningful conversations and believes in the life-changing power of financial education.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound leads from Driven Life Academy's Facebook ad campaigns via phone, text, and/or direct message
Have genuine, consultative conversations with prospects to understand their financial goals and real estate aspirations
Clearly communicate the value of Driven Life Academy's mentorship program and investor network
Qualify prospects based on fit, motivation, and readiness to invest in their education
Schedule qualified prospects for discovery calls or strategy sessions with our enrollment team
Follow up persistently and professionally with leads who did not initially book
Log all interactions accurately in our CRM and keep your pipeline organized
Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets

What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A confident, warm communicator who can connect quickly with people from all walks of life
Genuine enthusiasm for real estate, wealth building, or entrepreneurship — you don't need to be an expert, but you need to be curious and passionate
Self-motivated and disciplined enough to perform independently during evening hours
Coachable and committed to following our proven scripts and processes
Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace during your shift
Familiarity with CRM platforms or a willingness to learn quickly
