Outbound Sales & Recruiting VA (Closer Backup) – U.S. Cleaning Company
We are hiring a high-performance Virtual Assistant who can handle outbound sales, recruiting cleaners, and stepping in to close inbound leads when needed.
This is not a passive admin role. This is a high-activity, results-driven position for someone who is comfortable with daily outreach, rejection, and real sales conversations.

--What You’ll Be Doing Daily
- Outbound Sales (Primary Focus)
Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers
Send
Generate new leads and booking opportunities
Follow up consistently with prospects
- Recruiting & Hiring Cleaners
Reach out to cleaner applicants (Indeed, social media, etc.)
Send pre-screening forms and review responses
Conduct initial interviews
Schedule test cleans for qualified candidates
Do basic research on candidates (social media checks, etc.)
- Inbound Sales Backup (High Skill Required)
Step in when lead volume is high
Handle inbound calls from interested customers
Follow a structured sales process
Overcome objections (pricing, trust, scheduling)
Close deals and book jobs
--Daily Activity Expectations
This is a high-output role focused on consistent outbound effort.
You should be prepared to:
Make up to 200 outbound calls per day
Send 50 social media messages per day
Send 50
Maintain ongoing follow-ups with leads and applicants
If you are not comfortable with high daily outreach, this role is not a fit.
--What We’re Looking For
Fluent, confident English (spoken and written)
Strong sales ability (must be able to close, not just talk)
Comfortable handling rejection and high call volume
Organized and detail-oriented (you will manage pipelines)
Able to switch between sales and recruiting tasks
Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision

Experience with outbound sales or cold calling
Experience recruiting or hiring
Experience working with U.S.-based customers

--Compensation & Schedule
$5–$6/hour (depending on experience)
Performance-based bonuses
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Must work during U.S. Central Time business hours
