# Remote Sales Representative (UK) – Immediate Start

**Location:** Remote (UK Preferred)
**Company:** Mayfair Property Services LDN Ltd
**Job Type:** Full-Time | Monday–Friday

## About Us

Mayfair Property Services LDN Ltd is a growing property maintenance company working with housing associations, councils, property management companies, letting agents and commercial property owners across the UK.

We're expanding quickly and are looking for a confident, motivated Sales Representative to help us secure new clients.

## The Role

Your role will be to contact decision-makers within property management and social housing organisations and introduce Mayfair Property Services as their new maintenance contractor.

You will follow a proven sales script, build relationships, qualify opportunities and arrange meetings or onboard new clients.

### Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to property management companies, housing associations and commercial property organisations.
* Speak with decision-makers including Property Managers, Housing Officers, Asset Managers and Directors.
* Follow the company sales script.
* Introduce our maintenance and compliance services.
* Book meetings and generate new business opportunities.
* Keep CRM records updated after every call.
* Follow up warm leads.
* Meet daily call and appointment targets.

## Requirements

* Native or fluent English with a clear British accent.
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Confident speaking with senior decision-makers.
* Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
* Good computer skills.
* Able to follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations.
* Self-motivated and organised.
* Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment.

Previous B2B sales, telesales or property experience is beneficial but not essential if you have the right attitude.

## Pay

This is an entry-level opportunity with rapid progression.

* Initial salary paid for the first 4 weeks during probation.
* Salary will increase every month based on performance and progression.
