We are a US-based house cleaning company looking for a part-time, home-based Virtual Assistant to support our customer service and operations team. This role will start part-time covering our weekday shift from 5pm-8pm central time and Sunday 8:30am-5pm central time.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
- Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
- Respond to customer questions via phone call,
- Take inbound customer service and scheduling requests and make occasional outbound calls.
- Provide service quotes & make sure to follow up with leads.
- Book new jobs, reschedule &/or update service jobs in our booking calendar system.
- Communicate with cleaners and track job progress.
- Hire cleaners
- Flag any urgent issues, customer escalations, or last-minute cleaner problems.
We are invested in our agent’s success. You will go far if you are/have:
- 2-3 years of customer service or VA experience
- A fast learner
- A great communicator
- Calm and collected under pressure
- Highly detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and escalate when needed
- A self-starter who enjoys working remotely
- You need to have excellent English skills.
Work hours during training will be flexible, approximately 10–20 hours per week during Central Time business hours. After that, you will continue on a long-term basis with weekday evenings 5pm-8pm and a Sunday shift 8:30am-5pm central time (20 hours/week or more where needed).
Pay is $4–5.5/hr to start, with raises based on performance.
