JOB OVERVIEW

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
Days Off: Sunday & Monday
Compensation: $600/month + $20 commission for every closed sale

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Outreach Assistant to join our growing team.

We are a permanent jewelry brand providing professional training, equipment, supplies, and business resources to permanent jewelry artists. We're looking for someone who is confident communicating with potential customers, following up with leads, and turning conversations into sales.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up with new and existing sales leads
- Recover abandoned carts and help customers complete their purchases
- Manage leads and sales conversations through GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Communicate with customers through Google Voice, Shopify Chat, text, and phone calls
- Conduct scheduled sales calls with prospective customers
- Follow up consistently with warm leads and interested customers
- Conduct proactive outreach through social platforms including Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Skool, and other relevant communities
- Answer product and training-related questions and guide customers toward the right purchase
- Maintain accurate lead notes, follow-up activity, and sales status in the CRM
- Work toward individual sales and closing targets

We want someone who is sales-focused, confident, persistent, and comfortable taking initiative. You should be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone as well as communicating through chat and social media.

Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, customer outreach, or closing is strongly preferred. Experience with GHL, Shopify, or similar CRM/e-commerce platforms is a plus.

This is primarily a sales role. Your success will be measured by your ability to follow up, build relationships, and close sales.
