JOB OVERVIEW

## Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Virtual Assistant to drive new business through outbound calling for Life and Recruits. This is a remote, position ideal for a results-driven professional with exceptional communication skills.

## Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to generate new business leads and opportunities
- Engage with potential clients professionally and persuasively
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Work towards and achieve tight sales goals and KPIs
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
- Report on daily/weekly sales activities and outcomes

## Required Qualifications

- **Flawless English communication skills** (both verbal and written)
- Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to work towards and exceed tight goals
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Property or Recruitment sectors
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with sales automation tools
