JOB OVERVIEW

Cultivera is an enterprise software company exclusively serving the cannabis industry. We provide enterprise software-as-a-service to some of the largest operations in the country. Cultivera was founded in Washington state, where we now account for a 60% market share of growers and processors by sales volume. We've processed $2 billion worth of orders through our Cultivera Pro product, and are continuing to grow our presence in other states.

We are looking for talented candidates to join our support team to help us scale. The position is entirely remote - will work a 5 day on, 2 day off schedule that will mostly fall in normal business hours. Must have high speed, reliable internet at home and a reliable cell phone. New employees will be subject to a 90-day probationary period.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Traceability software (METRC, GrowFlow, Dutchie, POSaBit etc)
- ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft 365, Sage, Acumatica, etc)
- SAAS
- Digital marketing campaigns
- Cold calls
- SEO
- Graphic design
- Wordpress

The initial responsibilities of this position will be:

- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Plan and manage our social media posts and campaigns
- Plan and execute initiatives to increase inbound sales traffic
- Qualify inbound leads
- Maintain CRM and project management software systems
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
- Evaluate new systems/processes to adopt to improve efficiency or help with sales growth
- Cold calls: outbound calls to prospective clients, account management calls to current clients, informative calls to industry stakeholders
