JOB OVERVIEW

Role Description

English is extremely important as well as professionalism with a polished appearance since phone calls will be essential in this role. This is a full-time remote role for a very established Sales and Marketing professional and must have promotional product industry experience. The role involves driving sales strategies, managing customer accounts, training teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales plans, cultivating client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and providing comprehensive training on sales strategies and product offerings. Collaboration and effective communication will be central to success in this position.

Qualifications

Experience in the Promotional Product Industry on supply side and/or distributor is required.
Self Driven, motivated individual who has the desire to scale a service based software product.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to meet sales targets and develop client accounts.
Customer Success is a critical aspect of this role.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying market trends and optimizing strategies
Ability to work independently in a remote, dynamic environment
