JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Sales and Live Stream Associate (Japan Operations)
Location: Remote
Salary: PhP 25,000 / month (Fixed)
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM JST, 5 days a week

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Sales and Live Stream Associate to join our team. You will be the "on-camera" face of our refurbished gadget business in Japan, specifically targeting the OFW market. While the product videos are prepared by our Japan team, your job is to "sell" them by bringing life to the specs, engaging with the audience, and converting viewers into buyers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Live Sales Presentation: Host "Video Live" events using pre-recorded footage. You will provide the face-to-camera commentary, highlight gadget "flexes" (specs, condition, price), and maintain high energy to keep the audience engaged.
• Active Engagement: Monitor and reply to every comment during and after the live sessions. You are responsible for the "vibe" of the comment section.
• Sales Conversion (The Close): Proactively message customers who expressed interest. You will handle inquiries in the DMs, explain gadget conditions, and close the sale.
• Customer Support & Sales Admin: Assist with general customer service inquiries and coordinate with the team to ensure buyer information (address, contact details) is accurately recorded for shipping.

QUALIFICATIONS
• On-Camera Personality: You are charismatic, articulate in Tagalog/English, and can sell with confidence.
• Sales Drive: 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service. You must be comfortable "asking for the sale" and following up with leads.
• Gadget Knowledge: Basic understanding of smartphone and laptop specs (e.g., Battery Health, SSD vs HDD, RAM).
• Resilience: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer chats simultaneously.
