Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Sales & Lead Generation Assistant to support and drive new business growth for a well known and established printing, signage and graphic design business. This role focuses on cold calling,

Your goal is to generate qualified opportunities, including:
• Booking meetings
• Encouraging clients to request quotes
• Understanding and uncovering print, signage, event and marketing collateral requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct cold calls to targeted prospects (events, corporates, local businesses)
• Execute cold
• Identify client needs and uncover print, signage, marketing and event collateral needs
• Encourage prospects to request quotes or share requirements
• Book qualified appointments where needed in the Sydney area
• Send 2nd and 3rd follow-up
• Add and organise prospects on LinkedIn (no messaging required)
• Maintain accurate records on Google Sheets
• Flag high-value or urgent opportunities for immediate follow-up
Lead Sources You Will Work With
• Existing customer database (re-engagement and upsell)
• Google Maps, Yellowpages and Outscraper leads
• Event and exhibitor lists (ICC Sydney and similar), Eventbrite and Industry event sites
• Local businesses and corporate offices
• Linkedin outreach to event organisers and marketing managers (not mass outreach, relationship building)
What Success Looks Like
• Consistent quote requests coming through weekly
• Meetings booked with qualified prospects
• Strong pipeline of opportunities (not just activity)
• Ability to identify real opportunities, not just “touch base”
Ideal Candidate
• Strong written English, natural and conversational tone
• Confident with cold calling and objection handling
• 5-8 yrs Experience in lead generation, sales,
• Ability to ask the right questions and uncover needs
• High attention to detail and organisation
• Self-motivated, consistent, and reliable
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Persistent, proactive, and commercially minded
• Bonus: Experience in sales & lead gen in print, signage, or marketing services

Working Structure
