GoGoGrandparent helps older adults and people with disabilities live more independently by connecting them to rides, groceries, prescriptions, and home services, all with just a phone call. Our mission is simple: give people freedom, safety, and support while keeping life easy.

The Role
We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping others and confident in guiding conversations that lead to new customer sign-ups. In this role, you’ll be the friendly and reliable voice assisting clients with rides, deliveries, and home services.

This position is a mix of customer service and sales. You’ll provide excellent support while also helping new clients understand the value of what we offer and encouraging them to get started.

What You’ll Do
--Talk with clients over the phone and make every interaction smooth, supportive, and positive
--Assist with rides, deliveries, and other services
--Walk new clients through the registration process and highlight the benefits of using GoGoGrandparent
--Handle both service inquiries and sales-oriented conversations that lead to new customer sign-ups
--Solve problems, follow up when needed, and ensure clients feel cared for
--Accurately document interactions and maintain client information in our system

What You Bring
--Prior customer service or call center experience (required)
--Sales experience or comfort with upselling, promoting services, or closing sign-ups (preferred)
--Excellent communication and listening skills
--Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with seniors and people with disabilities
--Comfortable working remotely and using tools like CRM, VoIP, or chat
--Reliable internet connection and a backup plan in case of outages
