Central Precast is a growing precast concrete manufacturer based in Wallerawang, NSW. We supply concrete barriers, interlocking blocks, and custom precast solutions to civil, infrastructure, mining, and hire companies across Australia.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant – Sales Support to assist our sales team with lead generation, CRM management, and quote follow-up to help drive consistent growth.
Role Overview
This is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the sales pipeline from prospecting through to quote follow-up and meeting coordination.
You will work closely with management and sales to ensure opportunities are captured, followed up, and converted.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
• Manage and maintain CRM system daily
• Update new leads, enquiries, and sales activities
• Track quote status and follow-up schedules
• Maintain accurate customer contact records
Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Research and identify new prospects (civil contractors, hire companies, mining, quarries, councils)
• Send professional Expressions of Interest (EOIs) via
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists by geographical region
Quote Preparation & Follow-Up
• Assist in preparing and formatting quotations

• Record outcomes in CRM
Sales Coordination
• Arrange face-to-face sales meetings by geographical area
• Coordinate appointments efficiently to maximise travel schedules
• Prepare daily sales reports
• Attend daily video meetings with the team
Mandatory Requirements
Skills & Experience
• Strong written and spoken English
• Clear and confident phone communication
• Experience with CRM systems
• Previous sales or telemarketing experience preferred
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to follow structured processes
Technical Requirements
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Computer setup with dual screens (2 monitors)
• Noise-cancelling headset
• Professional video call setup (camera + microphone)
Work Environment Requirements
• Quiet, professional workspace
• No background noise (including animals, TV, or other people)
• Ability to attend daily video meetings with camera on
Performance Expectations
• Daily CRM updates completed
• Consistent outbound prospecting activity
• Quote follow-ups completed within 24–48 hours
• Meetings booked weekly by region
• Accurate reporting submitted daily

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 5:00pm (NSW, Australia time zone)
