- Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST
Weekend rotation required (When working a weekend day, you take off a day during the week)
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST

OnStage School of Music is a family-run music school in the U.S. serving hundreds of families. Our admin team focuses on clear communication, organization, and providing a warm, professional experience for parents and students.
The Role
We are looking for a admin who enjoys talking with people, solving scheduling issues, and keeping systems organized.
This role involves frequent phone calls with U.S. parents, real-time problem-solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and assist parents professionally
Manage lesson scheduling, changes, and student records
Respond to parent questions via phone, text, and
Communicate schedule updates with teachers
Support weekend operations remotely
Assist with internal admin projects
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable on the phone and confident with U.S. callers
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Organized, calm, and professional under pressure
Reliable computer, headset, and fast internet
Experience with Google Workspace and spreadsheets
