JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
A growing services company is hiring a Sales Closer with a strong track record of turning conversations into signed clients. The role covers outreach, demo scheduling, running demos, and closing. You will also be responsible for making sure the follow-up process runs tightly and no opportunity is lost.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform client outreach and identify qualified prospects
- Arrange and coordinate sales demo calls
- Deliver product demonstrations and bring deals to a close
- Oversee the sales process from first touch to closed deal

- Ensure consistent follow-up on all leads using established automated sequences
- Monitor the pipeline closely so no lead is overlooked
- Work alongside your manager on demo calls during the learning phase, then transition to closing solo
- Record prospect details, objections, and outcomes accurately
- Provide reporting on pipeline status and closing metrics

Mandatory Skills:
- Five or more years of hands-on sales experience with demonstrated closing ability
- Skilled at delivering demos and converting interest into commitment
- Naturally charismatic with strong persuasion skills
- Capable outbound prospector and qualifier
- Clear, professional English communication in speech and writing
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and automated follow-up tools
- Excellent organization and pipeline discipline
- Dependable, thorough, and effective with minimal supervision
- Confident communicator who works well with a manager

Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to or understanding of the home care sector
- Sales background in healthcare or related service industries
- Comfort with email automation and sequencing platforms
- Experience running an entire sales cycle independently
- Ability to handle several deals in parallel
- Interest in refining sales messaging and process
