JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring experienced Sales VAs who know how to control conversations, handle objections, and CLOSE deals at a high rate.

This is for people who already understand sales and want to earn more. We will provide training on our specific systems and offers. You will need to understand English well and be very detail oriented. We are looking for individuals who are driven, honest, committed to helping us push this vision forward together.

Compensation:
•$4/hour base
•Commission on every deal closed
•Bi-weekly via PayPal

What You’ll Do:
•Chat with leads and answer questions based on our services
•Communicate via chat/messages with clients and provide order updates
•Follow our sales process and understand our team workflow
•Build trust and guide leads to purchase by providing solutions based answers or custom packages when needed
•Handle objections natrually and close deals at a high rate
•Track conversations and update systems
•Pay close attention to detail and have great understanding of our conversation style in the chat
•Communicate effectively with management daily

Requirements:
•Proven sales experience
•Strong English (clear + confident)
•Fast responder
•Trustworthy
•Hungry and motivated
•Consistent and reliable
•Keep ALL information confidential

You should not apply If:
•You’ve never closed deals before
•You need constant supervision
•Don't self correct
•You’re not comfortable speaking with clients in English
•Cannot commit to daily shifts ranging from about 3-6 hours
