JOB OVERVIEW

**Title:** Sales VA (Calls + Instagram) | Base + Bonuses (Earn $700 to $900 per month)

We are a premium boutique fitness studio in Houston looking for a full-time **Sales Virtual Assistant** to help us convert leads into paid intro offers.

This is a performance-based role. If you are motivated and follow our system, you can earn well above the base salary.

What You Will Do

* Call new leads within minutes of inquiry
* Send SMS follow-ups to convert leads into purchases
* Respond to Instagram DMs and engage new followers
* Handle inbound calls and guide clients to purchase
* Follow a proven script to sell our intro offer

Your Main Goal

Convert leads into paid intro offers

You are not selling high-ticket memberships.
You are helping people take the first step.

Compensation

* $500 per month (full-time, 40 hours per week)
* $2 per intro sold
* Top performers typically earn $700 to $900 per month
