Outbound Sales VA for Australian Cleaning Company - Cold Calls + Cold Email | Experienced Only | Immediate Start

We're Builders Clean, a Sydney post-construction cleaning and caulking company. We clean for 200+ builders including some of the biggest names in NSW, and we're growing fast. We're hiring two full-time outbound sales VAs, long-term, starting immediately — if you're selected, you'll be on the phones within days, with a call sheet already loaded and waiting.

The job, plainly:
Your mornings are on the phone: calling Australian builders from a prepared call sheet in our custom dashboard. Every lead comes pre-loaded — company name, contact, phone, address, background. You call, you have a real conversation, and when a builder is interested, you book them in for a quote.

Your afternoons are in the inbox: sending outreach emails from our proven templates, personalising them to each builder, chasing non-responders, and replying same-day when someone bites.

Everything logs in one dashboard. No list building, no spreadsheet marathons — leads arrive ready, you turn them into booked quotes.

How you'll be measured:
One number: quotes booked per week — from calls or emails, we don't care which. Not dials, not emails sent, not hours online. If you like being judged on results, you'll like it here.

You're right for this if:
- You have real outbound experience — cold calling, appointment setting, or cold email, ideally 1+ years
- Your spoken English is clear, warm and confident, and your written English matches
- You can hear "not interested" twenty times and dial twenty-one the same way you dialled number one
- You're reliable: when your shift starts, you're on — with backup internet and backup power for when Manila weather disagrees

Hours: Full-time, 9:00am–5:30pm Sydney time (AEST) — builders answer early. Your schedule follows Australian time. This role is exclusive: no other clients during these hours.

Pay: base salary + a bonus for every quote you book. Book well, earn well. Paid on time, every time.

1. 60-second voice recording — sell us anything: a product, a place, yourself.
2. A cold email, under 100 words, written to a Sydney builder introducing a cleaning company. Subject line included.
3. Your last outbound campaign, with numbers: what you sold, to which country, dials or emails per day, and one result you're proud of — with the actual number.
4. Your last three roles with dates, and why each ended.
5. One reference we can message (past client or team lead) + your OnlineJobs.ph or LinkedIn profile.
6. Screenshot of a speed test, plus one line describing your backup internet and backup power.
7. (Optional, but it moves you to the front of the line): a recording of yourself on a real or mock sales call from a previous role.
8. Your earliest start date — we're hiring this week.
