Sales Team Lead & Operations Manager (Work-From-Home, US EST Hours)

About Us
Ken's Gutters is a growing, nationwide property maintenance and service company. We are currently scaling our outbound outreach to US property managers and are looking for a highly driven, experienced Sales Team Lead to build and manage our remote call center operations from the ground up.
The Role
We are not just looking for a queue supervisor; we need a true Team Builder. You will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and managing a dedicated team of outbound sales representatives calling B2B into the US real estate and property management sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, interview, and hire top-tier English-speaking sales agents who can confidently pitch US decision-makers.
- Training & Development: Ensure our training material is followed, objection-handling guides, and comprehensive training programs to ensure agents are prepared to hit the phones.
- Performance Management: Monitor daily call metrics, conversion rates, and KPIs. Provide 1-on-1 coaching, QA call reviews, and continuous feedback to maximize the team's output.
- Operations & Strategy: Set up and manage dialing systems, track team attendance, ensure adherence to the EST schedule, and report directly to ownership on team ROI.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in a Call Center/BPO leadership role, specifically managing outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting teams.
- Team Building: Proven track record of recruiting, and onboarding,
- Shift Readiness: Must be comfortable, healthy, and reliable working the graveyard shift to overlap seamlessly with US EST office hours (e.g., 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
- Communication: Flawless written and spoken English, with the ability to coach agents on understanding US business culture and professional B2B etiquette.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software, teams, and remote workforce monitoring tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $1,700 - ,2,600 USD per month (depending on experience).
- Performance Bonuses: Uncapped commission overrides based on the team's successful conversions/bookings.
- Work Arrangement: 100% Remote / Permanent Work-From-Home.
