JOB OVERVIEW

Green LED Lighting Solutions (GLLS) is looking for a highly organized Sales Support Specialist to help manage incoming project requests, assist with quoting, and support our sales team.

This role involves reviewing construction drawings, architectural plans, and project documents to help identify lighting opportunities and prepare information needed for quotes.

You will work directly with our leadership team and play a key role in helping us manage incoming project inquiries from clients across the United States and Canada.

This is a full-time remote position with a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication
- Respond to incoming customer emails
- Acknowledge project inquiries
- Request additional information when needed
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients

Sales Support:
- Assist with preparing quotes and project documentation
- Support the sales team with project information
- Track projects and follow up on outstanding quotes
- Blueprint Review & Construction Takeoffs
- Review architectural drawings and construction plans
- Identify lighting layouts and project details
- Extract quantities and relevant information from plans
- Assist in preparing takeoffs and project summaries

Inbox & Lead Management:
- Manage shared sales inbox
- Organize incoming project inquiries
- Ensure all inquiries receive a response

CRM & Data Management:
- Enter and update project opportunities in CRM
- Maintain accurate customer and project records
- Track communication and follow-ups

Required Skills:
? Strong written English communication
? Ability to read architectural drawings or construction blueprints
? Experience with construction takeoffs or project estimation
? Strong attention to detail
? Ability to work independently and stay organized
? Comfortable working with email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems

Bonus Skills (Highly Valued):
- Experience with lighting projects or electrical systems
- Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or plan reading software
- Experience supporting construction or engineering companies
- Experience preparing project estimates or takeoffs
- Understanding architectural lighting systems is a bonus but not required.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time remote role.
- You will work primarily during North American business hours.
