Compensation
Base salary: AUD $1,500 per month
Commission: AUD $10 for every qualified lead generated or outbound appointment booked
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Support & Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to work directly with our Head of Sales, Craig. Your core responsibility is outbound outreach: identifying target companies, finding the right decision-makers, and setting qualified sales appointments.
This is not a call-centre role. Outreach is primarily
Alongside outbound sales activity, this role also supports light marketing execution to improve response rates and overall campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
Research and identify target companies and decision-makers in defined industries
Build and manage prospect lists using tools such as:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Email
Execute outbound outreach campaigns via
Book qualified sales appointments for the Head of Sales
Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and appointments
Sales & Marketing Support
Create and customise simple marketing collateral to support outreach, including:
Personalised PDF proposals and presentations (Google Slides)
Case study summaries
Assist with basic marketing activities such as:
Posting content to social media channels
Supporting newsletters and
Uploading or formatting case studies for the website
Work with Craig to align outreach messaging with current campaigns and priorities
Requirements
Essential
Fluent, professional English (written communication is critical)
Proven experience in:
Outbound sales support
Lead generation or appointment setting
Strong working knowledge of:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Lead sourcing tools
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
Detail-oriented and organised
Desirable
Experience supporting B2B sales teams
Basic marketing experience (social media, newsletters, simple content)
Confidence using:
Google Slides
Google Docs
Familiarity with CRM systems
