Role Overview
We’re looking for a hungry, high-output Sales Specialist to drive revenue across partnerships, sponsorships, and AHN Solutions (our sales-as-a-service offering).

This role is ideal for someone who can sell both brand partnerships AND service-based offerings, and is comfortable owning deals end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

Source and close deals across:
Event sponsorships (Asian Heritage Week, Economic Summits, etc.)
Corporate memberships ($25K–$50K+)
Media + content campaigns
AHN Solutions (sales services for Series A–C companies / $5M+ revenue businesses)
Run outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, warm intros)
Pitch and close retainer + commission-based service deals under AHN Solutions
Own full sales cycle: prospecting ? pitching ? closing
Build and manage CRM pipelines
Work directly with leadership on deal strategy and positioning
Gather market feedback to refine offers and pricing

What We’re Looking For

1–5+ years of sales, partnerships, or business development experience
Strong closer — comfortable selling both high-ticket partnerships and services
Experience with outbound sales and relationship-driven deals
Entrepreneurial mindset — fast, scrappy, and results-oriented
Bonus: experience in media, events, agencies, or B2B services
Bonus: network of founders, operators, or brand decision-makers

Compensation

Flexible based on experience
Base + commission OR commission-heavy structures
Strong upside on AHN Solutions deals (recurring revenue + commissions)
Performance-driven with no capped earnings
