Role Overview
The Sales Research & Vendor Support Internship provides sales research, and vendor coordination support to ensure smooth daily operations at Core Mind Technology. This role supports leadership and the broader team by handling sales offer creation research, vendor research, general research, and vender support-related tasks, as well as stepping in to assist with miscellaneous needs when the team is short-handed.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Contact vendors and service providers
- Conduct research on tools, platforms, vendors, and services; summarize findings clearly
- Conduct research to fill out our new product offer creation form to help the marketing team craft offer that speak to an audience
- Fulfill “free analysis,” audits, and lead magnet-related tasks accurately and on time
- Provide research and data support for proposals and sales efforts
- Assist with operational and administrative tasks as needed
- Support miscellaneous tasks across the team during high-demand periods or when short-staffed
- Maintain clear communication and timely task updates
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and research skills
- Comfortable making professional phone calls
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Able to work independently during US business hours
- Experience with Zoom, Google Meet, calendars, and basic reporting
Nice to Have
- Experience working for companies offering marketing services, AI systems, and consulting services
- Familiarity with Close CRM, Slack, Notion, and Asana
- Prior experience in operations, research, or vendor support
Compensation Structure
- Bi-Weekly Stipend: $100
- Internship Duration: Up to 90 days
- Performance-Based Advancement
High-performing interns may:
- Graduate to Junior Automation Engineer
- Transition into a $400/month full-time starting role, focused on AI research, template development, and assisting Mid/Senior Level Developers with troubleshooting and system improvements
- Enter an advanced build-track internship tier
